The Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate Office (IEAT) has announced new traffic control measures within the industrial estate to maintain order and ensure maximum safety for all road users, responding to high traffic volume and an increasing trend in traffic accidents.

Speed Limits
-Private cars, pickup trucks, motorcycles, and passenger vehicles (vans/buses) are limited to a maximum of 60 km/h.
=Trucks with 10 or more wheels, trailers, container trucks, hazardous material trucks, mobile cranes, and JCBs are limited to a maximum of 45 km/h.

Restricted Driving Hours (Working Days Only): Trucks with 10 or more wheels, trailers, and hazardous material trucks are strictly prohibited from operating during 06:30 - 08:00 AM and 04:30 - 06:00 PM.

Safety First: Helmets and seatbelts must be worn at all times; "sitting on the tailgates of pickup trucks or cargo trucks is strictly prohibited under any circumstances"; driving under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants is banned; and vehicles exceeding legal limits for smoke, dust, or noise emissions are barred from entry.
Parking and Transportation: Parking in prohibited or common areas is banned. In case of an emergency stop, trucks must place warning signals at least 50 meters ahead of the vehicle. Cargo must be properly secured, tied down, and tightly covered with canvas to prevent spills or falling items.

Penalties: Violations or negligence causing danger will result in legal liability, and the estate office will also consider "denying permission for the offender to drive within the industrial estate area" immediately.
