10 July 2026 – Representatives from Burapha University, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Office, and the Amata Carbon Neutral Network (ACNN), led by Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd., convened to establish a collaborative framework between academia and industrial operators in Amata City Industrial Estate. The meeting focused on advancing sustainability and environmental initiatives, while jointly developing academic programs to equip students with the skills required to support the growing demand for talent in the Green Industry sector. The meeting was held at the Eastern Science Park, Burapha University.
During the meeting, participants also held discussions with representatives from the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) on expanding future collaboration with the Amata Carbon Neutral Network (ACNN) to further strengthen sustainability initiatives and support the transition toward carbon neutrality.
