Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd. organized a study visit program under the theme“Smart Industrial Estate Management Towards Sustainability: ESG, Innovation, and Integrated Organizational Development”at Ratchaphruek Meeting Room, Amata Service Center Building, Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate.

The event was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Donsak Tsailexthim, a lecturer in Educational Administration from the Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University, who led faculty members and graduate students to participate in this study visit. The objective was to enhance practical learning experiences in organizational management, innovation, and sustainable industrial city development.
On this occasion, Mr. Aukkares Choochouy, Managing Director of Amata Facility Service Co., Ltd., delivered a welcome address to all participants. The event also featured presentations by expert speakers covering a wide range of key topics, including :
• Integrated industrial estate and utility management, along with Industry–Academia Collaboration, by Mr. Tossapol Meejaiboon
• Sustainable organizational development (ESG / Sustainability) and environmental management, by Ms. Siripornpen Onpankoon
• Human resource development, corporate culture building, and leadership in large organizations, by Mr. Prateep wiboonworakul.
A total of 51 participants attended the event, making it a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and strengthening collaboration between the industrial and academic sectors to drive sustainable organizational and industrial city development in the future.
