Race Kit Collection Details AMATA CITY RUN 2025

Get ready for the big day! ️Here are the details for collecting your race shirt and BIB number for AMATA CITY RUN 2025.
1. Delivery by Post
For participants who selected postal delivery (available for ThaiRun registrations only)
Delivery period: 1–5 November 2025
2. Self-Collection
Collection Venue:Amata Service Center Building,
Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, 1st Floor
Collection Dates: 7–8 November 2025
Time: 09:00 – 17:00 hrs
Self-Collection Procedures
Case 1: Collecting in person (ThaiRun registrants)
-Present your original ID card
-And proof of registration (photo copy or screenshot accepted)
Case 2: Collecting on behalf of someone else (ThaiRun registrants)
-Present your original ID card
-A copy of the participant’s ID card
-And proof of registration (photo copy or screenshot accepted)
Case 3: Group collection
-Representative must present payment confirmation email
-Original ID card of the representative
-And a printed participant list (Excel file)

Important Notes
-The organizing committee will not distribute race kits after the collection dates, under any circumstances.
-To support environmental sustainability and reduce plastic waste, please bring your own bag, basket, or reusable container when collecting your race kit.
-A special souvenir will be given to participants who collect their kits in person (limited quantity available).

Proof of Registration
-For ThaiRun registrants: Show the registration --confirmation email received after completing your sign-up.
-For corporate registrants: Present the payment receipt along with the participant list (Excel file).
