Amata City Rayong Holds SLA Meeting No. 1/2025 to Enhance Utility Service Standards

Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd. and Amata U Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate Office, organized the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Meeting No. 1/2025 at the Sumipol Institute of Manufacturing Technology. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Sermpong Sukkho, Director of The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) Amata City Industrial Estate Branch Office, who presided over the opening ceremony and Mr. Satha Vanalabhpatana, Acting Chief Strategy Officer; and Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of Amata City Rayong, who delivered the welcome speech.

The meeting summarized the performance results in utility services, including water supply, wastewater treatment, road and streetlight maintenance, drainage systems, as well as traffic and safety management within Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate during January – June 2025. It also provided an open forum for participants to exchange suggestions to continuously enhance service quality.

This activity reflects a strong commitment to elevating service standards, responding to the needs of investors, and promoting sustainability within the industrial estate. A total of 57 representatives from 40 companies attended the meeting.
