The exercise was held at Songbadan Hall, Amata Service Center Building.

This drill simulated realistic emergency scenarios and integrated collaboration among relevant public and private sector agencies. The objective was to test personnel readiness, the Incident Command System (ICS), evacuation procedures, incident control operations, as well as rescue and emergency response processes, ensuring effective performance under complex emergency situations.

The exercise focused on enhancing emergency response capabilities across all aspects, from incident reporting and inter-agency coordination to containment and mitigation measures, safety management, and minimizing impacts on lives, property, and the environment. Emphasis was placed on ensuring speed, accuracy, and safety in all operations.

In addition, the drill served as an opportunity to review and improve emergency response plans, strengthen communication among agencies during crises, and enhance systematic collaboration to reduce redundancy and increase confidence in handling real-life emergencies.

This initiative reflects Amata’s strong commitment to continuously improving safety standards within the industrial estate and fostering a robust safety culture. It aims to ensure the protection of workers, surrounding communities, and the environment in a sustainable manner.
