Amata Facility Services & Burapha University Sign MOU to Enhance Workforce Capabilities for Future Industries

Amata Group, Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd. (AFS), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Burapha University, covering 24 faculties. The collaboration aims to serve as a mechanism to bridge academic knowledge with practical applications in the industrial sector, while also providing opportunities for students to learn and work alongside entrepreneurs in industrial estates. This collaboration aims to enhance the skills and competencies of personnel in Amata City Industrial Estates in Chonburi and Rayong, aligning with technological and economic changes. It covers skill development (Upskill, Reskill, and New Skills), promotion of lifelong learning, as well as academic support, research, and knowledge transfer from Burapha University.

Meanwhile, AFS is also committed to strengthening capabilities while improving the quality of life of its workforce, covering more than 83,800 people, including students, staff, and surrounding communities.

On this occasion, seminars were also held on the topics “From Global Warming to New Trade Rules: How Thai Industrial Businesses Must Adapt and Leverage BOI-EEC Opportunities” and “Smart Energy Management for Sustainability.” These sessions aimed to provide knowledge and guidance for entrepreneurs to cope with challenges related to energy, the environment, and evolving global trade regulations. Over 80 attendee joined today's seminar. 

This seminar serves as another key mechanism in supporting entrepreneurs within industrial estates to prepare for responsible business operations and move concretely toward a low-carbon future.
